Implementing Liberalisation and Managing Structural Adjustment
Melbourne, Australia 2004-11The objective of the program is to strengthen the capacity of Government officials in APEC developing countries to manage the industry adjustment issues that flow from trade liberalisation. Managing the domestic effects of trade reform is a difficult issue for politicians, policy advisers and industry representatives in developing countries.
