Enhancing the capacity of officials to assess the impact of flexibility provisions in the Doha Round WTO negotiations for national economic welfare

The principle objective of the program is to build the capacity for multilateral trade negotiators from the Trade Ministries in the ASEAN region to understand the economic implications of such provisions and their impacts on trade interests when participating in WTO negotiations and when negotiating trade agreements.
