About me:
I am Elisa Effendy, the founder and CEO of Engliven, an English, Indonesian and communication training provider based in Indonesia. I have been sharing everyday English tips on an Instagram page called @engliven since 2016, reaching over 100,000 viewers and collaborating with various companies and organizations. My mission is to inspire learners at all levels to practice English more often and improve their skills in fun and engaging ways. At Engliven, no one class is the same. We don’t just teach English — we help adults build daily and weekly learning habits through personalized plans, gamification, and neuroscience-backed techniques. For example, when one of our clients struggled with low learning motivation at work, we designed a weekly microlearning program using AI tools and Duolingo. Within weeks, learner participation and motivation improved significantly. With a background in marketing, computer science, and education, I’m passionate about how technology can unlock better ways of learning. That’s why we have recently launched a new course, Prompt Engineering for Workplace Productivity, to help professionals harness AI in their daily routines. We’re also preparing to expand our offerings to SEA countries. By joining this program, I hope to gain strategic insights and connect with mentors, other women entrepreneurs, and investors who can support our vision of bringing impactful learning solutions to a broader global audience.

About me:
I am Jessica Lokasari from Yogyakarta Indonesia. I started my business from 2018. I always have a passion for healthy diet since I have some health problem running partly because of genes. But unfortunately, there was not much options for healthy diet in my hometown, mostly the food here is fried and overly sweet. Then I slowly starting baking healthier granola for myself, family, and gradually to all over Indonesia. I wish that someday, I can share my healthy snacks to the worlds, all over the worlds, so that everybody can start snack healthier, eat healthier, live healthier. I believe with a healthy body, we will have a happy mind. By joining the program, hopefully I can learn marketing strategy tools to grow my business mindfully and sustainably from Indonesia to worldwide.

About me:
Hello, I'm Vergita. I am the first daughter of a family, who currently manages the family business. Previously, I was a civil servant who worked at the Indonesian bureau of statistics, but here I am now, dealing with many herbs, spices, and another organic product. I manage an herbs and spices manufacture company named PT. Labuna Jaring Nusantara. Located at Mojokerto regency, East Java. Actually, it was hard enough at first to adapt with business, especially on the commodity I never involved with it before. Yes, my family decided to build those business when I went to college. Our business chooses a brand name Labuna. It's easy spelt in Indonesian voice. Initially, we produced only pepper powder with sachet packaging. Indonesian people loved instant products, especially our main target market. Our main target market is women aged 20 - 50 years old, who most of them being housewives. They need a product that would help their cooking activities. In Indonesia, the market shares is about 45 - 55% of this target market category. Day by day, we also did research and developed some new products. Such as coriander powder, turmeric powder, natural colouring from plants, seasoning, etc that have high market demand. Our business growth is positively year to year with latest yearly traction is about 1,25 billion rupiahs in 2024. Then my expectation for joining this program, of course to gain new relation and potential for my business progress. I realize that my experience in the business is still tiny and need to improve everyday with new opportunity. Such as by joining APEC Women's Business Activator 2025, I am sure that I can bring a positive impact to myself and my business and also may introduce an enchantment of Indonesian herbs and spices. Thank you.
