About me:

My name is Ardisa Pradhita, COO and co-founder of Quality Farm, an organic and hydroponic agriculture company based in West Java, Indonesia. I graduated from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Japan and have spent the past few years building a sustainable farming ecosystem that connects local farmers to both domestic and international markets.

Quality Farm works closely with networks of certified farmers to supply fresh organic vegetables, herbs, and dried spices. Today, we serve more than 50 clients across Indonesia and have begun exporting to markets such as the Netherlands. The company started from a simple challenge: many small farmers produced great crops but struggled to access stable markets and fair pricing. We stepped in to bridge that gap by standardizing quality, improving logistics, and opening access to premium buyers, while also reducing post-harvest waste through circular product development.

We are also honored to be a grantee of the VISA Foundation through the BUILD Program by ANGIN, which supports women-led businesses with strong social and environmental impact.

Through the APEC Women’s Business Activator Program, I hope to strengthen our export readiness, build strategic partnerships across APEC economies, and refine our growth strategy as a women-led agribusiness. I’m also looking forward to learning from fellow entrepreneurs in the region and sharing our experience in empowering smallholder farmers in Indonesia.

About me:

My Name is Astrid Zulkarnaen. My background was in Art & Design for 10 years before i entered the wellness industry to launched my brand Organic Supply Co. with 3 of my co-founders. The brand itself already passed its 10 years milestone and experienced its high and low seasons, pre e-commerce market and now we must heavily relied on e-commerce. After Covid, we face many challenges including internal issues with management, leadership and local economic strains. My joining this program, I hope, it shed some lights on how to get this brand abroad. We have inquired from overseas before and unable to meet the demands, mostly due to high cost of shipping.

Business Name: Koneksi Indonesia Inklusif (KONEKIN)

Business Website: Konekin.co.id

About me:

I'm Chintia Octenta, originally from Aceh and currently pursuing my Master's in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship at LSE. Born with congenital amelia or limb differences. I faced systemic barriers as I identified as person with disability to entering the job market despite my degree. This pushed me to move from Aceh to Jakarta in 2018 and start to learning disability issue through many disability communities. Until I met Marthella, Founder and CEO of KONEKIN. I joined as Co-Founder, and together we built this women-led initiative promoting inclusive education and economic empowerment for persons with disabilities. I began my journey at KONEKIN as Community Head, and today I leverage my role as Chief Impact Officer to deepen and expand the impact we create.

KONEKIN is a movement focused on economic empowerment (formal and informal sector) for persons with disabilities across 15 regions in Indonesia. One proud moment: at Konser Bingah 2025, I curated six disability-owned MSMEs who generated IDR 18 million in one day, this proving that with the right platforms and equal opportunity, we can compete and thrive. Our business model is approaches both side: we conduct Assessments and Disability Equality Training for companies and organizations to prepare them for inclusive hiring and workplace practices. On the other side, we create a disability talent pool through our BERSIAP Bootcamp, which prepares students with disabilities for corporate internships.

In addition, we serve as an Inclusive Event Orchestrator, curating performances by talented disabled artists, featuring disability-owned F&B tenants, and ensuring event accessibility compliance. We also manage a digital catalogue of over 100 Inclusive MSMEs run by persons with disabilities, connecting them with market opportunities and platforms to showcase their products and services.

My expectation in this program is I'm at a pivotal moment now where my LSE Master's provides theory, but I need practical skills to scale our business internationally. This is huge opportunity for me to learn:

  1. Market expansion: Learn to navigate international markets and build strategic alliances beyond Indonesia.

  2. Funding mastery: Gain skills to pitch effectively and build sustainable business models that attract investment.

  3. Building multiplier capacity: As a woman with disability, I want to strengthen my capabilities so I can empower other persons with disabilities in our community to pursue their dreams globally. I'm not just here for myself, I'm here to gain the capacity to train the next generation of inclusive changemakers.

About me:

Joining the APEC Business Women Activator program is a significant milestone for GoodVibes Botanical.

As a founder, your expectations should align with the program's core mission: scaling women-led SMEs into global markets.

1. Mastering Global Market Entry (Export Readiness). My primary goal is to transform GoodVibes Botanical from a local wellness brand into an internationally competitive exporter.  I expect the program to provide:

  • Strategic Frameworks: Gaining a clear roadmap for navigating international trade regulations, logistics, and compliance specific to botanical and electronic (diffuser) products.

  • Market Fit Analysis: Utilizing the program’s workshops to refine our value proposition for diverse APEC markets, ensuring our "Atmosphere Engineering" concept resonates across different cultures.

2. Access to a High-Level Strategic Network. I aim to build "Strategic Alliances" (as highlighted in the program's curriculum). Specifically, I look forward to:

  • Mentorship: Receiving guidance from industry experts in Melbourne and across the APEC region to help avoid the common pitfalls of rapid international scaling.

  • Peer Collaboration: Connecting with a cohort of visionary women leaders to explore cross-border partnerships, shared distribution networks, or co-branding opportunities within the APEC ecosystem.

3. Strengthening Financial & Leadership Capacity. To sustain a 5-year growth trajectory, I expect to:

  • Funding Insight: Deepen my understanding of the "Funding Your International Business" module to prepare GoodVibes Botanical for future investment rounds or international grants.

  • Inclusive Leadership: Enhancing my capacity to lead a diverse, globally-oriented team while staying committed to our botanical integrity and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.

4. Digital Presence & Global Branding. I intend to leverage the program's focus on Digital Presence to standardize our digital marketing and e-commerce strategy to attract international B2B clients (hotels, wellness centers) and premium B2C customers across the APEC economies.

Why this matters for GoodVibes: > "I want to move beyond being a 'founder with a product' to becoming a 'CEO with a global system.' By the end of this program, I expect to have a validated Global Growth Plan that makes botanical wellness accessible to every office and home in the APEC region."

Business Name: Casa Grata

Business Website: www.casagrata.id

About me:

I am Jane Tanuwijaya, founder of Casa Grata, a gluten-free and vegan snack brand based in Indonesia. I have had a passion for healthy living since childhood, especially when it comes to food that nourishes the body without sacrificing taste.

As a female entrepreneur, I am deeply committed to redefining how people perceive “healthy food” — proving that it can be indulgent, nostalgic, and joyful while still being better for you. My long-term vision is to build Casa Grata into a globally recognized Indonesian brand that represents innovation in better-for-you snacks.

About My Business:

Casa Grata was born from my partner & my personal frustration with the lack of healthy snacks that truly taste good. Many products were labeled “healthy,” but they felt restrictive or bland. I wanted to create snacks that feel comforting and indulgent — but are gluten-free, vegan, and made with natural ingredients using baking methods instead of deep frying.

Casa Grata is a mission-driven brand built on the belief that healthy eating should feel joyful, inclusive, and sustainable. We are committed to creating better-for-you snacks that support diverse dietary needs without compromising on taste or quality. Our products are designed for people who want to live consciously — whether for health, ethical, or lifestyle reasons — but still enjoy delicious food.

Beyond products, our mission is to reshape how people perceive healthy snacks: not as something limiting, but as something empowering. We want Casa Grata to represent mindful indulgence and a more intentional way of consuming food.

My Expectations of the Program:

Through the APEC Women’s Business Activator program, I hope to gain strategic insights, cross-border market access knowledge, and meaningful connections with fellow women entrepreneurs across the Asia-Pacific region.

My goal is to scale Casa Grata sustainably, strengthen our export readiness, and build partnerships that will allow us to bring Indonesian-inspired healthy snacks to international markets. I am also eager to learn from other founders’ experiences in scaling operations, funding growth, and building resilient, purpose-driven brands.

Ultimately, I hope this program will help me refine Casa Grata’s expansion roadmap and accelerate our journey toward becoming a leading better-for-you snack brand from Southeast Asia.
