About me:

My name is Gabriela Soria, and I am a co-founder of LUYOA, where I lead Stratey, Operations and Customer Success. I studied Business Engineering at ITAM and later earned my MBA from IESE Business School. Before starting LUYOA, I worked at global companies such as Dell, Medallia, and Bain & Company. Those experiences gave me structure, discipline, and strategic thinking... but deep down, I always knew I wanted to build something of my own. Entrepreneurship has been part of me since I was young. I’ve always been driven by the desire to create something meaningful, something that doesn’t just generate revenue, but creates real value for people. LUYOA was born from that vision.
About Luyoa:
We saw how many small and medium-sized businesses were working incredibly hard, yet lacked access to the technology and data tools that large corporations take for granted. We decided to change that. Today, LUYOA empowers businesses to grow, retain customers, and compete with confidence, using intuitive, powerful digital tools that are simple to implement and easy to scale.
For me, this is more than building a company. It’s about leveling the playing field. It’s about giving ambitious business owners the resources they deserve to thrive.
My expectations of the program:
By joining the APEC Women’s Business Activator program, I hope to expand my global perspective and strengthen LUYOA’s path toward international growth. I’m especially excited to connect with inspiring women leaders across the APEC ecosystem: to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build meaningful collaborations that create impact.
I want to be part of a community that challenges, supports, and elevates one another. I truly believe that when women build together, we don’t just grow businesses... we can really shape industries and open doors for others.

About me:

I am Michelle, a Mexican entrepreneur who firmly believes that the only limit is the one we set in our own minds. I founded Yo Lo Vendo with the dream of building something great, and today I am proud to lead an incredible team of 15 women. My business is my passion, and I am convinced that the key to our next big leap is embracing technology; that’s why I’m transforming our traditional operation into a smart, AI-driven model to optimize every detail. I’m joining this APEC program with an open heart and a hunger to learn, ready to connect with women who, like me, never give up and seek to transform their communities through innovation. Melbourne is just the beginning of what we will achieve together!
